I love these bowls. I use them for my chopped fruit - they do not get soggy at all are are very strong/sturdy. I've done a lot of research on best the best value for the lowest price and no one can beat This Element!
We received our items wrong!!! The Tel number is not working and no one responsive! We sent emails and no one came back to us!! We are now confused with wring items which doesnt serve us!!! Horrible service!!

I've been a loyal customer for a while, but unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent at best. Each order feels like a gamble, and when issues arise, it takes an eternity to get a response.
Given that we go out of our way to support this business – driving almost 1.5 hours to patronize them – it's disappointing to feel unvalued.
Due to the frustration, I've had to take my business elsewhere, specifically Webstaurant. It's unfortunate, but I've given up on this company.
