How to return items:

1. Notify us: Please email us at elementcustomercare@this-element.com

2. Include: “original packing list” or clearly identify “your order number” so your refund can be applied to original form of payment, along with products.

Returns and Exchanges: 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like return shipping labels, please contact our office. We can provide return labels, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.

Refund: Your payment will be refunded less applicable shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order is damaged or defective you must notify our team within 10 business days with images showing the said damage. If return is accepted we will send you shipping label, and fully refund or exchange the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
