I've been a loyal customer for a while, but unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent at best. Each order feels like a gamble, and when issues arise, it takes an eternity to get a response.
Given that we go out of our way to support this business – driving almost 1.5 hours to patronize them – it's disappointing to feel unvalued.
Due to the frustration, I've had to take my business elsewhere, specifically Webstaurant. It's unfortunate, but I've given up on this company.
